These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 522win ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 522win online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://522win.cam ("Platform"), including all associated services, features, content and functionality.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an account on 522win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity may not register.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You confirm that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are present or domiciled. Where online gambling is unlawful — including under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — you bear sole responsibility for any breach of applicable law.
• Single Account: Only one account per individual person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts, including accounts in the name of a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing inaccurate personal information is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period or account suspension currently in effect, whether requested by you or imposed by the Company.
• Not an Employee: Company employees, directors, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold user accounts or place bets on the Platform.

When registering an account on 522win, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.

• You must notify 522win immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• The Company reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to CNIC, passport, proof of address and payment method verification.
• Accounts that fail KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended pending verification, and withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its content.

You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk and that all bets placed are final once confirmed, subject to the outcome of the applicable event and these Terms. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events outside the Company's reasonable control.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform via automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any software designed to manipulate odds, game outcomes or other Platform functionality.
• The Platform may display odds in decimal, fractional or American format. It is your responsibility to understand the format displayed before placing a bet.
• All times on the Platform are displayed in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5) unless otherwise stated.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by the real-world results of live sporting events. The Company does not manipulate outcomes.

522win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and select cryptocurrencies (USDT and BTC) through the payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods may be added, modified or removed without prior notice. The current and definitive list is always displayed within the Platform's cashier.

• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts per transaction vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. Users should verify current minimums before initiating a deposit.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. The Company may request supporting documents including CNIC, proof of address and payment method evidence.
• Processing Timeframes: Processing times vary by method. The Company makes no guarantee as to specific processing times beyond its own internal procedures. Bank processing, provider-side delays and compliance checks may extend timeframes beyond the Company's control.
• Fees: The Company may charge transaction fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods. Current applicable fees are displayed in the cashier prior to transaction confirmation.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT and BTC transactions are subject to blockchain network fees. Exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal are the User's responsibility.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy.

The Company may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback deals and other incentives to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer, including — but not limited to — eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, game restrictions, expiry dates and withdrawal caps.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Welcome Bonus: Welcome bonuses are available to new Users only, one per account, one per household, one per device and one per IP address. The Company reserves the right to withhold or void welcome bonuses where abuse is suspected.
• Maximum Bet Rule: During active bonus wagering, the maximum stake per bet or spin may be restricted. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% whilst table games, live dealer and specialty games may contribute at a lower rate. The applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire on the date stated in the promotion terms. Unfulfilled bonuses and associated winnings will be voided upon expiry.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonuses where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated group play.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable sporting event rules, game rules and the Company's general betting rules as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number. Users should verify confirmed bets in their account bet history.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and may vary by sport, market, event and account status. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The Company accepts no liability for odds changes occurring between the time a user selects a price and the time the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided due to event cancellation, postponement, incorrect odds, data errors or other circumstances set out in the applicable rules. Voided bets are returned to the User's account balance at stake value.
• In-Play Betting: Live/in-play bets on cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournament games, football matches and other live events are subject to brief delays in acceptance. The Company reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• Results: All bet settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the absence of an official result, the Company will use widely accepted recognised sources.
• Casino & Live Dealer: Casino games are governed by the game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. RTP and house edge information is provided for reference only and does not constitute a guarantee of return.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 522win Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering in the name of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of criminal activity;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or bugs, or use any technical vulnerability in the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the Company's express written consent;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournament or any other competitive format;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge or direct involvement;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversing transactions through payment providers without the Company's consent;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without lawful authorisation to do so;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or Company staff through any communication channel on the Platform.

All content on the 522win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.
• The 522win name, logo and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is prohibited.
• Game software and content provided by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Use of such content is subject to the relevant studio's licensing terms.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your licence to use the Platform is limited to personal, non-commercial access as described in Section 5.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 522win and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access to the Platform. Temporary unavailability for maintenance, technical failure or events beyond the Company's reasonable control does not give rise to a claim against the Company.
• The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their login credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where the User has not complied with their security obligations.
• All betting and gaming activity carries inherent financial risk. The Company makes no representation that any User will profit from use of the Platform. Users participate at their own financial risk.
• To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

522win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress, conflict or harm. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further bets will not be accepted until the next period begins.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and irrevocably for the duration elected. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended, no bonuses are issued and all marketing communications are ceased.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a cooling-off period during which they are temporarily prevented from accessing gambling services on the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime;
• Suspected use of automated betting software or exploit of technical errors;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period as requested;
• At the Company's sole discretion for legitimate business or regulatory reasons;
• Upon User request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, the Company will process a withdrawal of any confirmed real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal conditions) to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC and compliance checks. Balances arising solely from bonus funds will not be returned.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this section limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through the Company's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected]. The Company will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to an independent adjudication body as specified in the Company's complaints policy, subject to the applicable licence conditions.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice — typically no less than 14 days — by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are modified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms supersedes all previous versions.
